Teigan Finch completed a Bachelor of Social Work in 2014 & is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker through the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW). 

Teigan has experience working in early intervention youth mental health services, acute child & adolescent services, acute adult mental health services, inpatient mental health services and has experience working on crisis mental health teams.

Teigan has experience in working with a number of presentations, including mood disorders, anxiety, addiction, behavioural concerns, adjustment disorders, childhood trauma, relationship issues, personality disorders, schizophrenia & bipolar affective disorder.

She is committed to providing engaging therapy sessions to her clients and practices a flexible client-centred approach with a strong focus on trauma informed care. She draws on a range of evidence based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
